📌 Returns & Exchanges

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be:
       Unused and in their original condition.
• With tags attached and original packaging.
• Not damaged, washed, or worn.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Undergarments or personal accessories that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale.

💸 Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• In case of return or cancellation after shipment, the customer will bear shipping costs.

🛠 Wrong / Defective Order

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a free replacement or pickup.
